In a discussion critically important to the prospects for meaningful police reform and to the future well-being of our city, the candidates for mayor in this year’s election will debate and express their views on such relevant matters as the NYPD’s counterproductive quota system, stop and frisk, the unwarranted surveillance of Muslim communities, and police harassment of homeless people, the mentally ill, and sex workers.
